(“COMPANY”) and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, I have been clarified without any hesitation regarding the purposes for which my personal data will be processed by the Company, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data, and my other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law.

I have also read the Clarification Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of the “COMPANY”, which is available on the website, presented in printed and electronic media, or sent to me via SMS (text message) to the GSM number I declared as my contact number, and my rights.
