RNA Sequencing
Massive Bioinformatics specializes in metagenomic analyses that make use of Oxford Nanopore technology. We provide the following services based on your project requirements.RNA Sequencing
Our Services Laboratory offers RNA-Seq services for a wide range of analyses, including differential gene expression (DEGs), fusion gene discovery, and variant identification, including single nucleotide variations (SNVs) and insertions/deletions (Indels). These assessments are carried out by our skilled bioinformaticians using cutting-edge technology and best-in-class algorithms. Our bioinformatics solution enables a high-level overview and detailed data exploration by showing important expression patterns in your RNA data, complemented by heatmap and PCA (Principal Component Analysis) analysis. Enrichment analysis using databases like KEGG, GO, DO, Reactome, and WikiPathways also provide useful insights into the functional implications of your RNA data.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I want to do RNA sequencing in my study, how can I do it?
RNA sequencing can be done in two different ways at Oxford Nanopore technologies:
1. Sequencing by cDNA translation
2. Direct RNA sequencing
Our company provides services for both. Both methods have different advantages. Please contact our Sales Specialists for further information.
What are the considerations for direct RNA sequencing service?
This sequencing service is only available with the Oxford Nanopore Platform. RNAs are sequenced without translation and fragmentation into cDNA, allowing transcript variations and RNA modifications to be identified.
What are the considerations for RNA sequencing by cDNA translation?
When translating the samples you send us into cDNA, make sure that you are translating in a way suitable for your study. You should use Oligo dT for transcripts containing a Poly-A tail and random hexamers for total RNA translation.
